Update: The previous standalone pool credit program has been discontinued and is now incorporated into the Summer Usage Sewer Credit Program. Customers who fill their pools should complete the Summer Usage Credit application.

The West Branch Water Reclamation District offers a summer sewer credit program for single-family homes with metered water service to account for increased summer water usage that does not enter the sewer system.

If a customer’s water usage from May through October exceeds 120% of their adjusted average winter usage (November through April), they may qualify for credit. Applications must be submitted by December 31 of the same year, and credits are calculated in December and applied to the January bill as an account adjustment.

The program is free to participate in and automatically renews each year for eligible customers.
